Hi,I drove to the pickup station on Friday evening and was able to enter the pickup code in numerical format, but it started beeping after the sixth digit, and it didn't work after I'd entered all the digits. I only live in Tastrup and didn't drive 400 km, but I don't seem to be the first person with this problem.I would have liked to have received the email with the pickup code in numerical format and the attached QR code as an image file, as that would have saved me a trip on Friday evening after 10:00 PM.I expected the QR code to be included as an image in the email, not as a separate file attachment. And if it was a separate file attachment, a note in the email would have been helpful. Also, the parking lot definitely hadn't been cleared of snow today. There wasn't that much snow. Why isn't the numerical code working? I entered the pickup code several times and I definitely didn't make a typo. This really needs to be updated with a proper touchscreen tablet with a display. It could definitely be improved and would be advisable... just like snow removal.Best of luck and have a great weekend!

The storage unit is clean and heated, but like with others, the access system is a disaster. I drove 400 km and then the code didn't work. After 20 minutes on hold, I was given an emergency code which allowed me to enter the building. While unloading, the stone holding the door open (there's no alternative) slipped. Naturally, the emergency code no longer works, and now I've been on hold with the hotline for a full 45 minutes.

The Storebox compartment code is incorrect. Contract number: 600209303 / Invoice number: 100273652. I called the hotline for 30 minutes with no one answering, and later your colleague told me I should book and pay for a new compartment?! What a scandal! Stay away!
