I was an Auxbox customer for several years and was always very satisfied.Domberger handled my move from Kiel to Augsburg, which went perfectly, and after that, I rented various storage units from Auxbox for an extended period. Over the years, I probably used five or six different units – from quite large to quite small, depending on my needs.These changes between units were always pleasantly straightforward. Everything was handled in a friendly, pragmatic, and reliable manner, and I never felt like I was bothering anyone with my requests. Even if something needed to be resolved at short notice, a solution was quickly found.The storage units themselves were clean, dry, and very usable. Even with long-term storage over several years, there were never any problems with my belongings. The available trolleys, ladder, and on-site restroom were also very convenient. The entrance and loading/unloading process was also very well organized.Of course, it's not exactly cheap, and at some point, I had to consider what I could still afford. Nevertheless, my impression remains very positive: from a human perspective, in terms of organization and reliability, everything was top-notch.I can wholeheartedly recommend Auxbox and Domberger based on my own experience.

I rented two storage units from auxbox for about three years and can wholeheartedly recommend them. The building is very clean, dry, temperature-controlled, and even smells pleasant. All my belongings were still in excellent condition after three years and not even particularly dusty. Access is possible at any time via a chip card, the building is accessible by vehicle, and the individual units are easily reached via spacious aisles with the provided trolleys. Contact with the company is friendly and straightforward. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the service provided. I would gladly use them again.
