Avoid at all costs. Bought a stand through their website. The stand arrived damaged, rusted & a missing part which made it UNUSABLE. Their general manager offered me 15%.... Yes, 15% discount on something that COULDN'T BE USED!!! They ignored numerous emails with pic. I then contact PayPal & raised a dispute & the general manager said that since I contact PayPal I have resolve it myself. How rude & unprofessional. With the help of Paypal I managed to return the item back & get a full refund plus PayPal ever covered the return postage fee. Take your money elsewhere.
Stay away from this company. I ordered a stroller and I never received the product. Nobody answers the emails and if you call them they have a message telling you to write them an email. Absolutely disgrace.
Terrible service. A buggy was advertised with an "easily reversible seat unit." Unfortunately, the seat unit is not reversible, so I canceled the order.I received a reply.Two days later, I received a message that the item was being "PREPARED" for shipment.I then wrote that the order was already canceled and that I wanted a refund.Three days later, I received the shipping confirmation.I refused delivery of the package. It arrived at Storesco four days ago.Now they're saying it could take up to two weeks for me to get my refund because the package has to be inspected.Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying with PayPal.I strongly advise against using this online shop.
