I absolutely do not recommend the Storebox in Hamm. The storage rooms are completely filthy, and the place smells of urine. The cameras are unfortunately just fake, so there's hardly any security or surveillance! On top of that, the amounts are deducted arbitrarily each month, so there's no fixed date! The prices and fees are outrageous; a €15 bank charge is something I've never experienced before. The stated storage space size is also incorrect; for €25, you don't even get a square meter, but only 0.7 square meters, if that. I'm totally dissatisfied! And I'll be happy when my things are taken out of there!
I don't recommend this storage unit. The entrance door is frequently left open. The interior reeks of stale smoke, and emails are ignored. We've canceled the storage unit and are moving our belongings there again.
