UPDATE: Scan the DPD QR code at the door to enter, then scan the code again at the station to collect your package! It's not too complicated, you just need a guide!I wanted to pick up my package yesterday, but I couldn't find your entrance. All the doors were locked.
There are no instructions on the door about how to find the entrance. I had a package to send via UPS. You have to scan it with the Barco device.
Actually, it deserves 0 stars, but oh well. Terrible service and they don't even honor the contract themselves.
