On March 20th, I ordered two boxes, but I only needed one. I then spoke to a member of staff on the phone, and they promised I would only have to pay for one.On April 4th, I received an email reminding me to pay for the "cancelled" box. I wrote an email, but haven't received a reply yet. On April 19th, I received a warning that they would take "further legal action." This time, I not only sent an email but also called.As of today, April 26th, there's no reply, no solution, and it's not my fault! I'm extremely disappointed, helpless, and nervous!(I paid for one box on time and cleaned it. I did everything I promised.)
