I can only comment on my experience as a Drop Of user.I had a package sent there.Everything went smoothly, and the package arrived.The problem started when Google Maps placed it on the wrong side of the street.The QR code they sent worked immediately at the entrance.After that, there's a 20-meter-long corridor with storage compartments, without any further instructions...All in all, it makes for a great setting for a horror movie... 😉After wandering around for 5 minutes, I finally found the parcel locker.So, when you go in, turn right in the middle of the long main corridor, then right again after 5-10 meters, and the parcel locker is tucked away in a niche on the left...A small sign inside the building would be really nice and helpful...

⭐☆☆☆☆Absolutely disappointing customer service.For over four months, I've been reporting a problem with the lighting in my storage unit and the adjacent hallway. I've called countless times, tried to reach someone several times a week, and sent numerous emails. To this day, the problem remains unresolved.Since I can't properly use my storage unit under these circumstances, I stopped making payments and informed them of my intentions. The response? My access was simply blocked. Now I'm paying around €230 a month and can't even access my own belongings.The worst part is the complete disregard for customer service. Emails go unanswered, no one returns calls, and on the phone, I'm simply given the runaround. This is no way to treat paying customers.I will now be handing the matter over to my lawyer. Anyone who values ​​functioning customer service and a reliable contact person should think very carefully before renting storage space here.

My only contact with the company was because the Flexbox is located on their premises, although this isn't indicated anywhere. After quite a bit of searching, I finally called the free 0800 hotline, where I actually managed to reach a person after 8 p.m. who then explained how to access the building with the DPD notification and where the Flexbox is located. It's certainly not a given these days to actually get a real person on the phone, so that was a big plus. The employee was also friendly and competent. The premises themselves were always clean, dry, and well-lit on the occasions when I picked up packages there.
