Walter.Since there was a change of ownership during my rental period, Mr. Walter contacted me personally because the payment details for PayPal had to be reconfigured.He wanted to prevent customers from unintentionally falling into arrears and/or receiving unnecessary reminders. I found this proactive and customer-oriented service to be exceptionally positive.Furthermore, Mr. Walter surprised me with his goodwill.Due to the special circumstances in my case, he even granted me a discount for one month and apologized for the inconvenience, which is by no means a given.I am still very grateful for this accommodating and fair solution.In addition, I had made a mistake when canceling my storage unit and should have actually paid for another full month.For this reason, I contacted Mr. Walter and explained that something had gone wrong.He was extremely accommodating, which he wasn't actually obligated to do.And he accepted my cancellation and refunded me for the month.In my opinion, he is an absolute,TOP OWNER!!!Communication was always quick, transparent, and straightforward. He took the time to listen attentively to any questions or concerns and find individual solutions. I never felt like just a customer number.Instead, I was always treated respectfully and taken seriously as a customer.In a time when genuine customer service is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare, this company clearly stands out from the competition.The combination of modern and secure storage facilities, professional organization, and an owner who truly prioritizes customer satisfaction is a rare find these days.MY CONCLUSION:Anyone looking for secure, clean, and professionally managed storage space who values ​​personal, honest, and exceptionally good customer service will find exactly what they need here.This is the right place for you. ... I can only echo the positive reviews; it's very clean, safe, and available 24/7. There's also plenty of parking. The process is simple, and the staff is incredibly friendly, service-oriented, and above all, respectful!
