The three-year storage period was a consistently positive experience.Two box exchanges were handled helpfully and without complications. The free provision of high-quality transport vehicles and pallet jacks/forklifts on-site is very helpful. The direct and very friendly contact via an on-site office is, in my opinion, a particular advantage. Additional services round out the overall package. Completely satisfied in my case.
I've been here a few times now and have been super satisfied every time! The employee is incredibly friendly and helpful – so rare these days. 🙌 He even spontaneously helped me once when I had a problem with a package, and just now he printed something for me without hesitation, even though I didn't know I needed it. Just really professional and personable! 💯 The opening hours are great too (until 5 pm, so convenient). I'll definitely only be taking my packages here from now on – I highly recommend it! 📦
Supposed to be open from 9:00 a.m., but at 9:05 a.m., there was still no one there. Addendum: I went back that afternoon, and the employee very kindly explained the (extraordinary) reason for his absence. Therefore, the review has been adjusted.
I was a Stauraum customer for two years and can only say positive things. Excellent service, super friendly, and accommodating. If I ever needed to rent again, I would definitely rent from them again.
