BEWARE: VERY POOR AFTER-SALES SERVICE! Even if you stop using their storage units, they keep charging. If you call to seek assistance, you will talk to someone that says they "can't do anything" and that you should send an email. They should use AI bots rather then hiring ignorant people that is unwilling to help accordingly.
I strongly do NOT recommend these storage units. I returned my unit 8 months ago, yet they continue to charge me as if I still had it. I have sent emails clearly stating that the unit was returned, but they simply ignore everything.There is zero customer service, no accountability, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Instead, they hide behind a third-party company that keeps charging without justification.This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Be very careful before doing business with them.
