Simply top-notch!
They failed to fulfill their contractual obligations.My deposit arrived on time, but the storage unit wasn't handed over on schedule. Because I didn't have a key after a week (from the start of the contract), I withdrew from the rental agreement. What I was missing was my deposit.It finally arrived back in my account after four weeks (and I had to make countless phone calls and write numerous emails). I had high hopes and was very disappointed!
A great way to get extra storage space there.
