The staff were very helpful and friendly, and were happy to speak to me in English due to my lack of German. The system was very good allowing access at any time in a safe and secure way, and the facilities were always clean and tidy. Plenty of equipment on hand to help with moving your items too. Would recommend.
I can highly recommend this storage place. Good location and access from 6 to 22. There are elevators to the floor as well as carts and ladders on the floor. It is clean and dry. The personnel are very helpful. I would definitely use it again if needed.

I took a small box for storage of personal items when I was moving from Italy to Germany, and I would really recommend the facility to anyone. It is very well-managed and professional. I sent my boxes before I arrived in Germany and for a very small fee, they already accepted and put those boxes on my locker. The invoices were sent well in time for me to plan sending the monthly charges. Also, everytime I visited, the facility managers were extremely kind and helpful, also speaking English for an expat like me. Would highly recommend it to expats moving to Frankfurt.
