A highly innovative storage unit concept with app control – incredibly convenient and always easily accessible. The storage units are exceptionally tall, creating ample additional vertical storage space. Everything is very clean and well-maintained.I would particularly like to commend Ms. Sevinc's service: She patiently and expertly guided us through a time-critical situation, going above and beyond the call of duty. Her assistance was crucial for us, and we are extremely grateful. Overall, an outstanding service that we would use again without hesitation!
Great!! I highly recommend. If l would've stayed longer in Germany for sure would still have my place there. Great service and the Bochum staff is top top
They took 2 month to pay me the deposit. Maybe because their sistem is the worst and couldnt notice on tieme, even if I sent every week emails or maybe because just one person, Christian, didnt trust on my thats why he didnt want to check what happen with that money. However after 2 month when they notice that mistake, they pay me fast. If you ask me a recomendation, I will never recomend you that place, but also I have to say that is not also the worst storage.
