I was planning to drop off a UPS package – listed as a pick-up point online – incredibly unfriendly – door locked – knocked – called – completely unfriendly employee on the phone – this is what customer service should be like!Unbelievable! I will never do anything with them again – don't go there – abysmal! And NO – I didn't receive any UPS codes to scan – only the ones on the shipping label/UPS tag – which wouldn't scan – all just an excuse from Storebox…
Don’t order UPS here, they give you no QR code to get in the Storebox. Idk who arranged this, but I think both companies are at fault.
The compartment could not be opened because the unlock code was not provided. It was their mistake.They refunded me immediately, but my plans for the day were thrown off.
