While everything was good and the customer service was supportive, there were two issues. The first one was that you need to rent the storage space for at least 2 months. The other strange issue was that, whenever you want to cancel the contract, they will ask you to write a Google review with 5 star rating, to start your cancellation process, which is not only unprofessional, but also absolutely breaks the Google's rules. I'm not sure why they are doing this, because their service is really good and they don't need to force the customers for 5 star, let's get more 4 stars, who cares. I have updated my rating from 5 (because I have to do for cancellation) to 2 to just bring this up to the management attention, to stop forcing customers to write 5 star reviews for your business. In my opinion, the quality of your service is 4.5.

Super central location. Very clean facilities, dry and well maintained. Even has a loo. You can go in and out to access your stuff whenever you want and as many times as you need, using your own access code. The company has good customer service and communication and is very understanding.
