Prime location, ideally situated in the center near the Prater
A huge compliment is in order! Of course, minor mishaps and such probably happen now and then, but so far everything has gone more than smoothly for me!It started 3 or 4 months ago when I very suddenly needed storage space, and the owner generously agreed to let me in without immediately paying the deposit, as it was, as I said, very urgent.From then on, my experience with this company has been extremely reputable, professional, and yet very, very friendly and polite! Every time something was unclear to me, an incredibly kind and helpful lady (with an accent) answered and explained everything to me down to the smallest detail. For a 20-year-old who doesn't know much about this, that was truly very, very helpful. I received a call when the monthly direct debit failed and was informed that there would otherwise be late fees (also from the same lovely lady!).All in all, an outstanding experience, the likes of which I have rarely had before!Thank you so much!
