AVOID USING THIS PICK UP POINT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (unless you enjoy spending your time on the phone with customer support for days)I had my house keys delivered here, but I was unable to collect the package. After spending several days calling customer support, I finally had to redirect it to a different pickup point as it WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE DOOR and get access to my parcel.As the parcel contained my house keys, I had to hire a locksmith to open my house door, which cost me additional money. This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

The storage facility on Burggasse is musty and smells terrible. All our stored items have grey stains, and customer service is ignoring our complaints. Not recommended!

Despite having a collection code and making a phone call, I couldn't access the compartment because the code didn't work and there was no emergency key. During the phone call, I wasn't even sure I was speaking to a real person. Anyway, my Ikea kitchen is now being delivered, and I'm only getting it thanks to Ikea. Hooray for Ikea!The Storebox service was a complete disaster.

I will never choose this place as a pick up location again. It’s hard to find the entrance then hard to get inside. The barcode reader didn’t worked. Finally when I was inside the place was dirty. On top of everything my parcel was missing. Maybe their other branches are ok but this one is not recommended.
