Despite having a collection code and making a phone call, I couldn't access the compartment because the code didn't work and there was no emergency key. During the phone call, I wasn't even sure I was speaking to a real person. Anyway, my Ikea kitchen is now being delivered, and I'm only getting it thanks to Ikea. Hooray for Ikea!The Storebox service was a complete disaster.

I've had three packages delivered here and three times it was a huge problem to pick them up because the pickup code was missing. Storebox says it's UPS's job to send codes, but you end up receiving the email with the code from Storebox. With the last package, it was an endless back and forth; I tried for two weeks to get the code. I also wrote to Storebox directly and asked for help, but my email was completely ignored. In the end, I received the Storebox email forwarded by UPS saying that the package could no longer be found. Great, thanks for nothing. I won't have anything sent here anymore and will send to myflexbox in future. They have fewer problems!

I will never choose this place as a pick up location again. It’s hard to find the entrance then hard to get inside. The barcode reader didn’t worked. Finally when I was inside the place was dirty. On top of everything my parcel was missing. Maybe their other branches are ok but this one is not recommended.

Grotesquely bad service. My package is there for pickup because no pickup code was provided.The employee on the phone smugly claimed it wasn't their fault.Every other parcel shop has an employee checking photo ID. Here, they're blaming an obviously dysfunctional organization to save money.(Of course, UPS can't help either; from their perspective, they simply delivered to a parcel shop.)Here's a tip: whoever takes custody of a package is responsible for it. And all parties involved in a business relationship are *all* *fully* responsible for the final customer experience.I strongly advise against ever having a delivery sent here. UPS is worsening its service by partnering with this company.
