Same review from my side, impossible to enter without a code. On the website of DPD it is said that this place accepts returns via DPD, but I have a free return and the company did not send me a code, I only have a prepaid return label. So basically impossible to use this service.
Like many others: I can't access the storebox because I didn't receive a code. (I'll improve my rating if I get help.)
How am I supposed to pick up my package without a UPS code and without help from Storebox customer service? This is a terrible pickup point for sending and receiving packages. It's logistical chaos.
Do not return items via Storebox. You need a code that you won't receive. Outrageous!!! (storebox schottenfeldgasse)
