Very clean easy to find communicate I actually stored my stuff while not in the apt the place was bigger than I expected Had no issue finding it or getting there with public transport
I had a great experience with Squarefoot Selfstorage. The service was fast, the storage space was more than enough, and the best part was the 24/7 access to my storage unit. Prices are also optimal, and there are plenty of storage options available in Vienna.
The provider lures customers with attractive terms and then increases them by 111% from one year to the next – in addition, there are constant problems with the garage door (it's even happened that I couldn't get into the storage unit at all, or that the door wouldn't close).Update April 14th: The provider is threatening legal action regarding my review – claiming I'm not a customer and that I wrote a false review. I will provide all the evidence here in the coming days. I'll keep you updated and will post all updates here regularly.
