I had a storage unit through this company.As discussed with Storebox, I transferred it to the actual owner via contract transfer.Afterward, I terminated my contract and simultaneously canceled my account.Now, the storage unit fees are still being debited from my account.After several phone calls and simultaneous emails, they're trying to fob me off by telling me to sort it out with the new contract holder, since MY payment method is supposedly on file there and they can't do anything.Stay away from this company. The only thing they'll help you with is losing your money on something you don't even have or use. I'm also pretty sure the whole thing isn't legal.
