Warning! This is a real rip-off! We booked at Markhofgasse and couldn't find the entrance. We think there isn't one, as it's a rip-off. Customer service was also at a loss and said they couldn't help us. So please avoid this store box, as this store box doesn't exist!
there was no way to open, we have called the company and no one has given us a solution, and we have read that it has already happened to more people. we have ended up returning it and we have lost an entire morning because of them
It took me 40 minutes to open the main door. The code that was sent to me did not work. I entered it several times and nothing happened, in order to contact a consultant I had to ask a cab driver to help me with the German (because it was necessary to press numbers in order to be connected to the consultant) Thank God the cab driver and the consultant solved the problem. But when I went in and had to enter the code to open the compartment, it didn't work either, I just left my luggage there. Solve the problem with your codes and doors working!!! People don't pay 6 euros for this kind of service. I give 10/10 to the consultant and people in Austria and 0/10 to this luggage storage :)
