Beware of Storage24 / LeopoldsdorfI rented a storage unit there for my company and returned it properly on December 8, 2025. Since then, I have been waiting in vain for a final statement, a correct invoice, or a credit note. None of my emails have been answered, and the deposit I paid has still not been refunded as of today (February 8, 2026).Customer service is virtually unreachable; all attempts to contact them by email have gone unanswered.Since there has been no response or refund despite repeated requests, I will unfortunately have to take legal action.
