Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. Especially since the rent is significantly increased every six months, or at least annually. Not to mention that it's already payable 13 times a year. It's a shame because the garage unit itself was good. But for that price, an aluminum box without insulation—no way. It's no longer affordable for us, and they don't even clear the roads in winter. Other people are also canceling their leases in droves because €400 a month is simply unaffordable. In any case, we were not satisfied and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

On June 25, 2024, I rented a storage unit for 28m²/€340 gross monthly rent plus utilities. I took over the unit in a state of complete filth. On January 30, 2025, I received a notification that starting in March 2025, the rent for 28m²/€400 monthly rent plus utilities would be. I immediately terminated my contract on January 31, 2025. I've been waiting over 50 days for the return of my €682 deposit and the final invoice... Thanks Storage, thanks to you, I found another 200m² storage unit for only €280.

My motorhome is parked here, there's nothing more to say, clean, easy to reach, good value for money, even if not exactly cheap.

I'm very, very satisfied with the Storage24 service; the ordering process was quick and very friendly. Everything worked as discussed. The storage units are clean and in top condition. The customer service is absolutely perfect.
