Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. Especially since the rent is significantly increased every six months, or at least annually. Not to mention that it's already payable 13 times a year. It's a shame because the garage unit itself was good. But for that price, an aluminum box without insulation—no way. It's no longer affordable for us, and they don't even clear the roads in winter. Other people are also canceling their leases in droves because €400 a month is simply unaffordable. In any case, we were not satisfied and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

On June 25, 2024, I rented a storage unit for 28m² at a monthly rent of €340 (gross) including utilities. The unit was filthy, but I accepted it.On January 30, 2025, I received notification that the rent would increase to €400 per month for the same 28m² unit, starting in March 2025, including utilities.I immediately terminated my contract on January 31, 2025.I have been waiting for over 50 days for the return of my €682 deposit and the final statement of account... Thanks, Storage, because of you I found another storage unit for 200m² for only €280.

My campervan is parked here, nothing more to say, clean, easy to reach, good value for money, although not exactly cheap.

I am very, very satisfied with the service from Storage24; the ordering process was quick and very friendly. Everything worked exactly as discussed. The storage units are clean and in absolutely top condition. The customer service is absolutely perfect.
