I moved from the USA to Vienna and needed an easily accessible place to unload part of my belongings. I moved into an apartment on the second floor without elevator - using Myplace on Hietzinger Kay gave me time to make choices on how to distribute the items in my own time. The service was excellent from the get go. The facility is easy to access plus has parking options for a car. Friendly, professional and effective. All needs were met, more options than I thought of to utilize additional services they offer were presented and will be definitely used. Lovely to know I am supported in a life changing event on a very practical level. The facility is easy to reach by U Bahn or car, very clean, well lit and dry. Grateful to the staff for the help I received. Highly recommended!

I was very well received by Fr. AGARDI,first thing as they opened, very friendly, professional, I was shown the room, spoke in great detail about the conditions, and despite my bad German, made sure I understood everything. I was even offered a cuppa coffee (good coffee!). Service was impecable and faultless.
The facilities are clean, corridors are spacious, good security, easy access for large vans, large work-service lifts, and provide trolleys, too.
I have used MyPlace before and was very satisfied then, too. Hence my return.

A great place, super well organized, the service is extremely nice and helpful. The prices are fine, storage rooms are very clean, dry, there are big transport lifts available. The storage is open from 6 am until 22. Well recommended!!!
