Extremely disappointing experience. The aerial work platform wasn't even delivered on the scheduled date. After a second complaint, the equipment finally arrived… but in poor condition and impossible to use safely. We lost a full day of work due to this lack of professionalism and attention to detail. We ultimately had to get a replacement from Kiloutou to be able to continue working on our project. I do not recommend this rental company.

Terrible experience and anti-business behavior from the agency. We rented scaffolding for a week, which we extended to 27 days, and in the end, we paid the equivalent of the price of a new scaffold. We asked for a goodwill gesture, but received only contempt and no compensation. I do not recommend this agency.

Catastrophic service; equipment not at the agency despite Loxam's booking confirmation. Rude reception staff unwilling to do their job.

As part of my apartment renovation, I needed to sand the parquet floor. The equipment was reliable and robust.Cedric is a salesperson who takes his work seriously; it shows. He knows what he's renting and what's needed based on the client's requirements. He also maintains a business-like approach; we're not just a number to him, which is refreshing.Thank you.
