I listed my car for sale in June with Avacar in Saint Médard (the same owner as the one in Tonnay). Romain and Luna were very helpful and welcoming, no doubt about it, but once the car was listed, communication became more complicated.Romain did call us back twice during the first month (once every two weeks), but since then, it's been radio silence. It's impossible to reach anyone; there's no response to emails or phone calls. We're informed by text message that the car might interest a buyer, but when it comes to getting more information by phone, no one answers. Since mid-August, I've been trying to contact them, but I haven't received a single call back. Honestly, there wasn't even a message to warn of a possible summer holiday closure, or a message on the answering machine, but nothing anywhere... I was very happy with Avacar's services; I had previously sold a car through them and bought another one for sale at the same time. But now I'm completely disappointed by this lack of professionalism in communication. It's a shame, the people themselves seem nice, but the lack of continuity of service leaves a bitter taste.
