As a long-time customer, I haven't been able to access my storage unit for six months due to an incident on-site. A landslide!I requested emergency access to my storage unit to retrieve something I needed quickly, but unfortunately they offered me an appointment in 10 days.We're already victims because our equipment has been blocked for six months, and it's easy for the customer.What's more, customer service sends us packing and speaks very rudely to us.I can't wait to get my equipment back from there before filing a complaint, I hope!
