The maintenance of the premises is impeccable, even if there are untimely tenants, unfortunately unavoidable, they don't stand by without taking action. I kept this box for 4 years. The location in the city is very secure, it's less stressful than in a business park when you have to go there in the evening and alone. No humidity, nothing was damaged. I recommend it without reservation. Thanks to Mr. Guillot, who is very friendly.
