After about a decade, I've realized that things don't get any worse. It only took 3.5 minutes of contact with an employee—a fake blonde, petite, unpleasant, unsuitable for social interaction, and, more importantly, brazen in her harsh responses as if she were the owner—to understand that such individuals undermine the work of so many excellent employees and also, at this point, the false propaganda of misleading advertising. It's unacceptable... Oh, and also, she absolutely wouldn't give me her name and badge, hiding it in her sweater... when I asked her to give me her name!! But why be afraid if you believe you're right?
