I strongly advise against hiring Clean Profis for cleaning services. They cleaned our 4.5-room apartment for the final inspection, but several things went wrong: This cleaning company lures customers with a low price quote, even stating in red letters, "Fixed price with no additional costs." They also use the slogan, "Clean Profis guarantees no additional costs." However, their terms and conditions include a clause stating that extra charges may apply in cases of heavy soiling – a clause I find acceptable in principle, as it protects the cleaning company against excessively dirty apartments. But this wasn't the case for us. On the day of the cleaning (which we obviously needed), I was promptly contacted in the morning informing me that there was additional work involved and I would have to pay an extra 500 Swiss francs! They cited two reasons: 1. A blind that they couldn't clean because it was broken (they even sent a picture), and 2. our terrace (they sent pictures of our terrace showing that weeds would have to be removed by hand).However, this wasn't the case for us. Both points are ridiculous, because 1. the broken blind actually meant less work for the cleaning company (they didn't have to clean it), and 2. the cleaning company was fully aware of the terrace's condition, as a site visit had taken place beforehand (the weeds can easily be removed with a pressure washer, without any manual labor).When I called that morning, they initially tried to tell me they hadn't realized the terrace was so large. I then mentioned that the cleaning staff had visited in September and seen the terrace, and that it was even cleaner now than it had been then, since we had already removed some weeds, etc., at the end of October. They then told me they had no comparison to September; they only knew that the workers would need more time now. Reluctantly, I agreed to an additional charge of 300 Swiss francs.On the day of handover, the story continued: The apartment's interior was clean enough, except for a few minor issues (a sticky board in the kitchen, two small rugs that hadn't been vacuumed). The terrace, however, was not properly cleaned. There was a one-square-meter puddle of damp dirt (about a finger's width deep, presumably unused wastewater?), which the landlord promptly complained about and which was only partially cleaned that same day (luckily, our landlord was very accommodating and called in his own caretaker). The company representatives responsible for the handover were also very stressed, as they had another appointment soon and repeatedly pointed this out to us (as if it were within our power to expedite the handover). To top it all off, the price increased by 45 francs at the end because three water filters had been replaced. Two water filters were already included in the quote, so the increase should have been no more than 15 francs. I strongly advise against hiring this company.

This is the THIRD time the company has deleted a Google account. It's funny and horrifying to see the bad reviews before. As far as my experience goes, it was a tragedy. The apartment was filthy, with no inspection guarantee. The company has a lot to hide; I suggest you check out the reviews elsewhere! The money was not refunded.
