After storing our downstairs items at Boxaround for 6 months, we have ended up in a nightmare. Upon opening the box, everything was covered in mouse droppings and urine. All the sofas, rugs, and curtains were gnawed at and so intensely filthy. The stench... Even through the family games. Apart from the financial damage, we are also emotionally completely devastated. Initially, we were still in contact with the owner, but for the past two weeks, we haven't been able to get through to anyone. I am writing this only because I truly wouldn't wish this on anyone else. We are genuinely so heartbroken.
I've been renting storage from Boxaround for a little under a year and I'm extremely satisfied. It's clean, there are all sorts of equipment like trolleys and handcarts you can use, and it's reasonably priced. The owner is also very friendly and helpful and always willing to help. I highly recommend it!
Great price, incredibly friendly and helpful owner, good cancellation terms (any day with a 14-day notice period), and I even borrowed his van because it didn't fit in my car. All in all, absolutely fantastic.
