I’ve discovered that my experience of having possessions damaged and missing isn't an isolated incident—there is a growing community of people in the Netherlands sharing identical stories of "missing" property and dishonest communication. Do not be fooled by the standard "we tried to resolve reach out" or "there are two sides to every story" boilerplate responses they post under all negative reviews. In my case, those claims are categorically false, and I have documented evidence to prove it on the Boxie24 Victims FB Page.The lack of professional integrity here is staggering. Before you trust them with your belongings, I strongly urge you to look into the FB page search for "Boxie24 Victims" to see the documented evidence for yourself first. It is not worth the risk of losing your property to a team that operates this way.

How can you send us an email that your guys ON THE WAY and will be there in 25MINs and then threaten us with cancellation by saying your guys have already been waiting for 20mins.Your good ratings are clearly unearned if this is how you treat new customers.Edited to add
On 16 July when your driver called I told him we were 45 mins away and would not make it earlier. HE said he would wait for the extra 15 minutes. 10 mins before we got there you called and said the driver could no longer wait. So you're not being truthful. You didn't wait an hour for us. You didn't even wait 15 minutes. We didn't make our payment until we'll past the deadline, so we assumed the pick up would occur on the next day. That's on us for not following up on that.However, there is a clear difference between telling someone you are on the way and will be there in 30 mins and telling them that you're already there and will wait 30 mins. Those are not the same thing.We exchanged over a dozen emails and I went through each one of them. We did not receive any that outlined your pick terms and conditions. I can also show you my phone records where you did call, but you did not leave a message. You did send an email that your driver was 25mins away at 1220pm. And I when I followed up with you at 1238pm, you stated the driver had been waiting for 20mins and would leave after 5 mins. So 2 days in a row you tell us you're on the way and we when we try to confirm, the story changes to, we've been waiting for too long and need to go.
