Not recommended for tenants. Abnormally high fixed energy costs. 2,754 kWh total consumption, which, for the 34 garages, amounts to €5,440. A mere €2 per kWh. Then, as the other review states, the homeowners' association is financially sound.Other than that, there's obviously not much going on on a property with 34 garages. Currently, there are several garages for rent (too many have been built in Emmen), so compare prices carefully and negotiate the price.
A well-organized and neat garage park in a perfect location in the center of Emmen. Fenced, with an electronic gate, CCTV, on-site restrooms, and a private business address with a healthy and well-functioning homeowners' association. The units offer the lowest rents compared to other units with a similar concept.
