I use the services of Boxes for Rent in Emmen and would like to share my experience. The prices are good, which is certainly a plus. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. First, the storage boxes are not heated, which contradicts the advertisements. This can be an issue depending on the nature of the stored items. There is also quite a bit of dust in the boxes, which indicates that the maintenance leaves something to be desired.Another point of inconvenience is the access system. Instead of a modern system with a card or key, I have to call a phone number to open the door. I find this less user-friendly and it can be inconvenient for frequent use or when quick access is necessary.Despite these points of concern, the customer service is friendly and helpful. For future improvements, I would like to see an upgraded access system and better maintenance of the boxes.

If you're moving, be mindful of the vehicle you rent! You can't access your storage unit with a large vehicle. It's low and narrow. Lots of fine dust; I wouldn't put anything there... and the toilet is absolutely filthy.
Maybe we were spoiled with our previous storage unit, but I didn't feel comfortable or safe here.
Not worth repeating.

Satisfied with the boxes and the accessibility.
According to the advertisement, it is supposed to be heated, but unfortunately, that is not true.
That was actually an important reason for choosing the storage.
So that shouldn't be advertised, right?
