BEWARE, THESE ARE POSSIBLE SCAMMERS!!!READ THE MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Opslagbox Leeuwarden has silently increased their monthly collection without sharing. As a result, I have paid a total of €430 for the same rental box (2x) in 1.5 to 2 years.After having pointed this out via a clear e-mail with a cost overview, all I get is this….In my experience, these are fraudulent practices and I therefore be very careful.Please note: if there are more tenants of Opslagbox Leeuwarden who have experienced the same thing, please contact me so that we can start a collective case. I now have 4 co-tenants.

Definitely not recommended; if I could give it 0 stars, I would.My piano was stored here for about two years in a shared storage unit. I wanted to pick it up in April, but this wasn't possible because the storage unit it was in had to be emptied first. This took a very long time because the owner of the company said he couldn't do it himself due to other people's belongings in the unit. After months of back and forth emails and phone calls (mostly from us, as the owner of the storage unit was very inconvenient), we were finally able to pick it up two weeks ago. However, the piano had been moved to a different storage unit, so apparently he could now suddenly move other people's belongings without permission... Once home, I saw that the piano was damaged. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.P.S. The owner's comment below is incorrect. See also the review by Michiel Meurs.

It's done, guys, my first Google review is for you!After months of radio silence and broken agreements on your part, I discovered that the piano I had stored was also damaged. But you already know that story; see Annemarie Hiemstra's review.I thanked you because that's the polite thing to do once things have been resolved. What's not nice is pitting two people against each other. This once again demonstrates the sheer poorness of your customer communication. Incidentally, there was no consultation with me about moving the piano to another storage unit. So my advice: try to communicate better and be honest with your customers. For those considering doing business with Opslagbox, I wouldn't recommend it.
