Storage rooms are in great condition, can't say otherwise. However, please read well all conditions because they'll charge and overcharge you and change rent. They charge the deposit of a locker that you cannot return so they basically force you to buy it (at least say it upfront). They also assure you that you can change the size of your locker to smaller one if you realize that you need a smaller room but that was also not true. They also do not reply to the phone and nobody is there any of the times I showed up. I even arranged a meeting, went all the way (it's not exactly in the city centre) and nobody was there, nobody answered the phone, nada... I am not happy with the service overall because they magically disappeared before I left the country and I was stuck with a room too big. Oh! And at first they offered me a room with a pillar (which means obviously less space) and the lady that showed it to me just said "it's okay right?". No, it's not okay to get less space for the same amount of money as everyone else. They are also very very pushy in person to write a review just when you get a storage room with them since they're very helpful until the moment that you pay... The place itself is great and well thought, with codes to access 24/7 but service was so bad I have to give one star :(

Great experience with 1Box Groningen! Communication was smooth both online and by phone. Thea was verry helpful, guiding me to the right storage unit for my needs. I’m confident I’ll use their services again in the future!
