Customer service is very friendly.Please be aware of the opening hours of the storage place, since this information is not written/shown upon entering the buildinga, only avaliable online. Enetring, or being in the storage outside the opening hours causes alarm system trigerring, resulting in a fee you nee to pay afterwards.
Very easy process, helpful + friendly staff, giving all details I needed to know without any useless information. They even helped giving an estimate of how much space I would need for my things. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be using 1Box.
