We ended up at 1box out of necessity, urgently needing affordable storage. Within half an hour, everything was arranged, and we were even able to switch boxes at our request. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful.
It would have been 5 stars if they hadn't put a pillar between me and my box. Now we still have to awkwardly maneuver and lug our stuff around.
DO NOT RENT A STORAGE BOX HERE!!They have rented me a storage box on 9 September 2024, on 11 September 2024 they ask me to move out from my box with 20 cbm furnitures, reason is they will make renovation. Sandra who is working in this company was so unprofessional and rude, she close the phone 3 times to my face ! Why you rent a box if you will call me after 3 days and ask me to move out to an other box? I have to hire 2 people and spend half day in this matter.
