The Gym is an amazing place to work out! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need—from free weights and machines to functional training areas. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, creating a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.I especially appreciate how motivating the atmosphere is; everyone seems focused and positive, which really helps keep me consistent with my workouts. The Gym has definitely become one of my favorite places to train, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

I joined the gym almost two years ago now and it has been completely life changing to be honest. The atmosphere in The Gym is second to none. All the staff are so welcoming and supportive. The hyrox classes have helped me get stronger, fitter and healthier, and I have made some great friends along the way. 20 gym members went to Malaga for a hyrox completion this year which was great fun, and gave us a shared goal to train for in the previous months. 10/10 would recommend The Gym!

Staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was extremely nervous about starting back in a gym after a long break but I was put at ease the minute I walked in the door. The place is spotless with a great range of equipment. They offer brillant hyrox classes and most recently the mum and baby class which is fantastic.

I joined the gym and started doing Hyrox classes a year and a half ago and it has really transformed my life! What started as a new workout class ended up completely changing my lifestyle. The classes push me in the best way possible and have made me so much more motivated and stronger than before! But what makes it even better is the community that has been created from these classes. The community is so welcoming, and the atmosphere is full of craic, with everyone pushing each other to do their best! I would extremely recommend these classes to get fitter, stronger and have a good laugh! Steve, Enda and Jack are for sure great motivators and never fail to push us to our paces, making class even more enjoyable!
