I joined the gym almost two years ago now and it has been completely life changing to be honest. The atmosphere in The Gym is second to none. All the staff are so welcoming and supportive. The hyrox classes have helped me get stronger, fitter and healthier, and I have made some great friends along the way. 20 gym members went to Malaga for a hyrox completion this year which was great fun, and gave us a shared goal to train for in the previous months. 10/10 would recommend The Gym!

The Gym Ballina is a brilliant training facility. Coming back from a fitness hiatus was daunting but I shouldn't have worried because The Gym sorted me out!The Hyrox and Kick-Start classes are absolutely top-notch — challenging, motivating, and fun. You can see that a lot of effort goes into every session to keep it interesting. The classes have a great sense of community, and that's because of the vibe of the place. I genuinely look forward to the work outs.The staff deserve huge credit: Enda, Jack, Nora, and Darragh are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. And then there’s Steve — who seems to be constantly planning the next big thing. His passion for improving the gym and creating new opportunities for members is obvious the minute you walk in the door.The equipment is excellent and always well maintained, and the floor space is spacious for doing your own thing.If you’re looking for a place with quality training, brilliant staff, and a genuinely fun environment, The Gym Ballina is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Fantastic gym! The trainers are extremely professional and always choose the right exercises for your goals. They explain everything clearly and give great tips on proper technique. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is great, and you always feel supported. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for great coaching and real results!

The Gym is an amazing place to work out! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need—from free weights and machines to functional training areas. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, creating a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.I especially appreciate how motivating the atmosphere is; everyone seems focused and positive, which really helps keep me consistent with my workouts.
