Located in an idyllic rural area, Extra Room Self Storage looks brand new, is clean, well ventilated and looked after. The team is simply amazing. They engage with their clients, listen to their concerns, are genuinely helpful. The place has the feel of a family business where people take great pride and responsibility in doing a good job. I would say it is a special place. Thank you all! All the more appreciative of them, as today i had to move my items to a different storage în a different part of the country - this time a corporate giant where i was welcomed with a dirty unit that made my Miranda Priestly face expression send the poor employee rushing for a broom. Not all highly rated storage businesses are the same, but i vouch Extra Room Self Storage Nuneaton is worthy of their 5 stars. I know they are just things, but they do matter to us, and Extra Room Self Storage Nuneaton understands this.
Very friendly, professional staff, with great communication. Easy to set up and use. The storage facilities are clean and dry, with a brand new feel. We would heartily recommend and would use again.
Excellent customer services, very well organised, from the moment i rang with information about storage to them organising the removal. Dan & Lee cleared the apartment quickly and then placed all in our storage locker for when we arrived later on. We have never used this service or used a removals company having it all in one place made everything less stressful. Thanks again highly recommend.
