Used Extra Room Self Storage whilst we moved house, the staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. We would defiantly recommend these guys. We used the Red Gate location which is super secure and clean. I often went to the storage unit alone and can say I felt secure working alone.
Used Extra Room storage while we moved area's and found a new home. Staff at the storage could not have been more helpful. When we were ready to move, our furniture was collected and delivered to our new residence. Highly professional company, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Such a brilliant service from Start to finish! James and the team were super helpful setting everything up and I used the movers that the storage team work with who collected from my house and moved everything into the unit for me. The units are fairly priced and all temperature controlled. Only a 7 day notice period and no fuss when you are ready to leave. Just let the team know and empty out the unit. Really a brilliant experience! I was in the out of hours units that allowed me to access everyday which allowed for me to selling some bigger furniture items and have them collected from the unit. Would recommend to anyone!
