I have used Dennis House self storage facilities continuously for the past 4.5 years. Pricing has been extremely competitive, the site is maintained in a clean, tidy and secure manner. Access is easily arranged and communication is excellent - telephone calls are answered promptly (no frustrating queues!!) and email response is usually same-day. Alison Potter (site manager) and her team are knowledgeable, helpful, polite, friendly, flexible, and professional in all aspects. I have not experienced any problems or found the need to raise any issues and, therefore, Dennis House is highly recommended.

Whilst I can’t complain about the storage facility which suited my needs perfectly getting my refund of excess payments once I had formally cancelled my agreement was another story. Quick enough taking your money in advance not so quick paying back what’s rightfully owed. Tend to ignore emails and make excuses rather than simply refund your money. Wouldn’t use them again on this basis.

Dennis house is perfect for small businesses, we have been here for nearly two years and are more than happy with the cleanliness of Dennis House, 24 hour access, friendly helpful staff and secure office environments, Alison and her team couldn’t do enough for their tenants.Highly recommend for office space needs!

Needed some space quickly as changes to our renovation meant we couldn’t live in it. Knew the Hinckley storage site, but was amazed at how many rooms there were and we found one just big enough for what we required. Everyone has been so helpful, particularly Jo, as the pandemic didn’t make it easy for them to operate. Cannot fault their service levels. Would recommend them without hesitation.
