Great facility secure and quick and easy booking and easy move in couldn’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage solution if it’s short term or long term thanks and great communication photo was when I started to move stuff over but clean inside couldn’t ask for anything else
Misleading verbal assurances and access revoked before paid period ended at Nuneaton Self StorageWe were verbally told before booking that a refund would be available for unused storage periods, this matched our experience with a previous storage provider, which is why we specifically asked and were given that assurance. When we came to cancel, we were told there’s actually no refund policy, and pointed to small print in a booking confirmation email instead of what we’d been told directly by staff.We had also already paid for the period in question and could have made use of the unit again if needed, but our access to the building was revoked before that paid-up period ended. Paying for access and then having it cut off before the time we’d paid for had elapsed feels unreasonable, regardless of the no-refund policy.Storage itself was clean and tidy, what you would expect from a self storage place.We understand the no-notice cancellation policy is better than some competitors, but that doesn’t excuse being given incorrect information verbally, or having paid-for access cut off early. We won’t be using Nuneaton Self Storage again and would urge others to get any refund or access promises in writing before signing up.
Great facility, amazing staff and super helpful. I left my car keys in the storage unit on Saturday about 6pm and when I called the phone number I received a prompt response and regained access to the unit, recovering my keys. I would recommend this to anyone who has storage needs in and around Nuneaton.
Due to a house move and also having the unfortunate task of clearing out my recently deceased parents house we found ourselves needing extra storage. The service provided here is top notch with a high level of security which gives you peace of mind during an already troubling time. The place is clean, tidy and well managed and easily accessible which is a major bonus.
