Great storage facility. I was a little worried that having a first-floor unit would make unloading difficult, but the lift made the whole process easy. I unloaded a van full of furniture by myself quickly and without any hassle. Highly recommended!

We originally rented a unit at Drive Up Storage Stroud while we were in the middle of moving house, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Everything was so straightforward and seamless. We loved the fact that we could get our access code and come and go when it suited us, especially being able to get in from 6am, which made those early starts on moving day so much easier.The facility itself is clean, secure and really easy to use, and the team were always friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We honestly thought we’d only need storage for a few weeks, but once we’d settled into the new house we realised it was actually really handy to have some extra space.Rather than moving everything out, we decided to downsize into a smaller unit instead, and the team made the switch incredibly simple. It was all sorted quickly with no hassle at all, which we really appreciated.We’ve attached a few photos as well because it’s always nice to see what you’re getting before you book. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d happily recommend Drive Up Storage Stroud to anyone looking for flexible, secure storage with genuinely helpful staff. Thanks again to everyone involved!
The owners of Drive up Storage couldn’t have been kinder in extremely difficult circumstances. A call from the owner to make sure all was okay was second to none in the standard of customer service that has been in place throughout our rental of the unit. Every correspondence that has taken place during the rental period has been courteous and considerate. Clean, dry, safe units that are competitively priced for Stroud. I would not hesitate in recommending Drive Up Storage.
We nearly didn’t enquire because of an old one-star review we’d seen online, but our own experience has been completely different and we’re really glad we made the call.Before choosing Drive Up Storage we compared a couple of other local providers and actually found the pricing to be very competitive for what you get. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access, and the extended opening hours have made life much easier around work and family commitments.Whenever we’ve had a question, the team have replied quickly and been genuinely helpful. Changing our unit and dealing with paperwork was all straightforward and handled professionally.Overall, it’s exactly what you’d hope for from a storage company – good value, well run and with people who clearly care about their customers.
