Carol was so helpful on the phone and sorted storage for us in just a few hours. The units are clean and very secure. We felt we confident our belongings would be safe there. With the gate code and keys it was easy for us to come and go so we could take our time moving into our new place. Thank you again.

I CANNOT speak highly enough of my experience with MegaStorage Haverhill - the facilities were exactly what I needed while living in the area - accessible (at all times), simple, secure, no-fuss, affordable. The set-up was easy, the communication with Michelle and Edward was polite, friendly, and helpful, and the get-out when I was moving away from the area was incredibly simple and easily sorted to boot. I didn't get tied into a long contract, there were no hidden charges, and the one (very recent) price change was similarly communicated in a timely and friendly manner.I could not ask for better, and my experience with them massively influenced my choice of storage in the new area (125 miles away), because I'd been shown exactly what good, simple storage with excellent customer service actually looks like - no hard sell, no complications, just great service.Thanks again, folks, and best wishes for the future!
