Very good rates. Would recommend, the owner is very helpful with all your storage related questions.
Avoid like the plague. Fell behind with the rent on the unit, explained that I do want the unit, paying what I could (yes I know its a business and they need the money to survive but I had been a customer at this point for over a year) - Late payments came about due to unemployment and having to stay in a homeless B&B , so things were hard. Constantly told them I had not abandoned, receive a child like 'eviction notice' (On Wednesday, giving incorrect dates) telling me that I was being evicted on Friday and all my personal photos were going to cost me £50 to get them back ! Emailed them and was told that 'im not going to get my items back' - But hang on, I havent been evicted yet. They changed tack, oh come and pick them up - knowing that I couldnt. I suspect this isnt the first time they have done this underhanded tactic. Irony is if they had come to agreement Id still be a customer. ** Update *** Based on what they said below, WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH**
