Decent enough service. The first container I had was damp but got moved to another one. During our time there the container stayed dry and safe. Customer service was good but I was disappointed by frequent attempted price increases during my stay.
Very good experience. Easy and quick to book & reserve storage. No need to buy a padlock as key provided. Winchester allows you to drive right up to your container. Full CCTV and secure gate. Fully recommend company to anyone considering this.
We have been really impressed with Now Storage Winchester. The price is great, the storage containers are clean and are in excellent condition, and the instructions on how to get in were really clear. We chose an 80 square foot container which is perfect for the amount of things we have (most of the contents of a one bedroom flat).
