Very happy with the storage and service. Contacted them by phone and asked to look round before committing, they were more than happy to accommodate. The storage location itself is easy to access, secure and clean. Price was cheaper than other nearby alternatives and easy to cancel when no longer required.

I previously wrote a glowing review about Now Storage, but after four months, I am leaving their business as my thoughts and experiences have changed.I am a very senior security practitioner, in cyber, personnel, physical and estate. With this in mind, I made one suggestion to deepen the safety and security of this very remote site. Which was twice dismissed as they dont do it at any of their other sites. As a person departing the site, you have to get out of your vehicle to put in your code to get the gate to open to let you out. This is an attack point. As a person alone, I would be subjected to being attacked without any form of support. Although there is supposedly 24/7 security, it would take too long to get to the site to save me if there was an emergency. Secondly, I have been on site after 1600 in the winter and some of the motion-detecting lights didnt come on.Despite an email I was told they were checked and would come on when it got dark and I moved around. It was pitch black and I was carrying stock into the container. I came back a second time after I was told they would check and it still was non functioning. So I made a video after I was told I was mistaken again.With these two incidents in mind and the length of time the "24/7" security would take to arrive, my wife has refused to be onsite when dusk falls.So, I have moved to another company who have onsite security and lights on 24/7.This was a terrible disappointment to me as they were only 4 miles from my home. But if they dismiss the security of their own site so easily, then they will not get my money.

Clean, dry, secure and exactly as described. All instructions were clear and well-organised via email and phone, so access was completely straightforward. The unit itself was spotless - and the unexpected Haribo was a nice human touch :) Well run, no fuss, no surprises. Storage done properly.

Storage facilities worked very well. Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient at following up queries. Would recommend to friends as an effective and convenient way to manage moving stuff in sizable chunks as and when necessary.
