From the moment I searched for a self storage provider and choose Sentry for my (first timer) needs I instinctively knew I’d made the right choice. Dave and Sophie at Winchester made the whole process so easy and straightforward and were very helpful in all my dealings with the front office. This reduced my anxiety tenfold and I have no hesitation in recommending Sentry nor in using them again in the future if needs be.
We have used Sentry at Winchester Bar End for five months so far, and we are very impressed. When we searched for a storage company, Sentry's pricing and services were clear and competitive. When we dropped in without an appointment, Dave was available, welcoming and helpful. The facility is spotlessly clean, the units are brightly lit, the unloading bays are under cover and there are trolleys and sack barrows to transfer items. The transfer of items into and out of storage is a very quick, simple and painless process.All in all, a first class operation.
We were using Sentry Storage for storing some equipment for a school I work at. We were offered 2 sizes of container, 1st one (smaller one) was perfect for us, and it was on the ground floor and by the loading bay.... The container, the building, the site, was spotless.... And the staff member was helpful, and polite too. Perfect.
I am currently using storage at Sentry for my business and am very pleased with the facilities and the staff at the Winchester branch. Dave has been very helpful and provided all the support I needed in the move from my previous location. So far so good! :)
