Easy cheap storage. Kind and patient customer service employees, eager to help particularly over the phone!
Meet Amanda at the storage unit, she was really helpful and anwsered all our questions. Amanda was super friendly and showed us all around the different units to help us decide which unit we wanted. everything was dead easy to do , I would definitly recoomend Storebox.
Recently started using Storebox at Chester-le-Street and got to say it’s a long time since I had service like this anywhere 😊👍Amanda the branch manager has bent over backwards to help me and make sure any questions/queries were answered.I don’t say this lightly but Amanda is a credit to your organisation she is truly superb and her customer service skills are on a different level 💥I would go as far to say you come to Storebox a customer and you leave a friend she is that good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you for all your help Amanda 😊👍
