While moving house from Scotland and Suffolk to our new home in Durham, we came across Storebox Self Storage in Chester Le Street. We had some questions about the storage facility and reached out to Amanda who was incredible. She put our mind at ease on what was possible and catered to our needs perfectly. The unit was incredibly clean and with 24h ease of access, we were able to come and go as we pleased while knowing out stuff was safe and secure despite not being in the local vicinity. 100% recommend Storebox Self Storage for all storage needs. Amanda was very helpful and we are very grateful for her help.

Can't fault my lock up at all. Lyndsey is brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The lock ups are ideal, different sizes for your requirements, clean and dry. Couldn't have asked for more.

For our temporary storage needs in Tyne & Wear, my husband and I initially chose mylockup in Chester-le-Street due to their competitive prices and excellent reviews. Then when we visited the location and met the manager, we were impressed even more. We have been 100% satisfied with the facility, the security, and the customer service. Fully recommend!

I cannot rate this place, and especially Jeremy, highly enough. From the beginning they were accommodating, helpful and really supportive (even when I was having a mini personal meltdown) . It's safe, clean, secure and easy to get in and out of with your personal fob. Jeremy honestly goes out of this way to make everything as easy as possible for you. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!!!
