Very pleased with my experience at Storebox Self Storage in Bishop Auckland. Amanda was friendly and helpful when I saw her, and Nicolas on the customer service team was someone I spoke to a few times and was very helpful in working out the right unit size for my needs.The opening hours suit me perfectly, as the facility is open Monday to Sunday, 06:00 to 22:00, which makes access very convenient. The whole process was smooth, the facility was clean and secure, and everything was explained clearly. I was storing furniture and household goods, and felt confident they were in good hands.A professional service with helpful staff and great flexibility. I’d definitely recommend Storebox to anyone looking for storage.
