Amanda really helped when I used Storebox when was moving house, would definitely recommend this location.
What a magical mystery tour this place offers. We received a “welcome” email containing exactly one thing: a code to get through the gate. That’s it. No instructions, no map, no “this is how you actually get into the building”. Just vibes. So we confidently roll up, punch in the gate code — success! 🎉 And then… nothing. Gate opens. Freedom. Building access? Absolutely not. Like a real-life escape room, except nobody gave us the clues. Naturally, we call the storage place. Then we get a call back from the manager (and trust me, she made sure we knew she was the manager). Instead of helping, she spent the entire call explaining — repeatedly — that everything was in the welcome email. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. Rather than just, you know, providing the missing information, she chose the bold strategy of arguing with us about information we physically did not have. Very innovative customer service approach. Rude, dismissive, and wildly unhelpful — and it’s only Tuesday. If this is the welcome experience, I’m genuinely excited (and slightly afraid) to see what the rest of the journey looks like. Shocking service. Bring a crystal ball — you’ll need it.
Was signed up by John Love the manager at the tile and he made everything effortlessly for me, explained in full how things worked and couldn't have made it any easier, his professionalism was first class and would highly recommend using them to anyone. Thanks John
